Date: 20/11/2025 To, All Interested Bidders (Subject: Invitation to Pre-Bid Meeting – RFP for IT Services and Support for Tele-MANAS Project - IIITB/EHRC/2025/IT-02, 12-Nov-2025) Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings from IIIT Bangalore. This is to inform all interested bidders that the Pre-Bid Meeting for the RFP titled “IT Services and Support for the Tele-MANAS Project” is scheduled as follows: Date: 1st December 2025 Time: 3pm to 4:30pm Venue: Board Room, Aryabhata, IIIT Bangalore Campus Bidders who wish to attend the meeting online may request the meeting details by writing to: ehrc-projects@iiitb.ac.in (Subject: Request for Pre-Bid Meeting – Online Participation) Online meeting details will be shared only upon receiving the request email from the bidder’s official email ID. Guidelines for Participants : 1. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each bidder organization are permitted to attend the Pre-Bid meeting. 2. Bidders may participate physically at IIIT Bangalore or virtually through Zoom. 3. If attending online, participants must ensure that their Zoom display name is suffixed with their company name o Example: Ravi Kumar – ABC Tech Solutions. 4. Queries will be addressed only during the Pre-Bid Meeting. Any queries raised after the meeting will not be entertained. 5. To ensure effective use of time, bidders are requested to avoid repeated or duplicate queries.
