EOI Ref: IIITB/EOI/2026/01 Date: 20-Feb-2026 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL CAMPUS FACILITIES 1. Project The International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B), a Deemed University, having its registered office at No. 26/C, Electronics City Phase-I, Hosur Road, Bengaluru – 560100, proposes to develop an additional campus to augment its existing academic and residential infrastructure. For the above purpose, IIIT-B has acquired a land parcel measuring 3 Acres and 39 Guntas, located at Sarjapur Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru District, and is in the process of obtaining the necessary statutory and regulatory pre approvals. 2. Scope of the Proposed Project The proposed project broadly comprises Student hostel buildings and allied developmental works which include Common facilities, Sport facilities (Outdoor & Indoor), Roads, Walkways & Paths, Cycle tracks, Street lighting, Utilities, Landscaping, Water treatment, Sewerage treatment, Waste Management (collection, recycling & disposal), Site Development and Bulk Services etc. 3. Project Details :  Land Area: 3 Acres 39 Guntas  Estimated Built-up Area: Approximately 450,000 sq. ft.  Number of Floors: G+4 floors + Two basements  Estimated Project Cost: INR 150.00 Crores  Project Timeline: 24 months 4. Invitation for Expression of Interest IIIT-B hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experienced construction firms / agencies with proven expertise, preferably in execution of institutional, educational, or campus development projects of similar scale and complexity, and fulfilling the eligibility criteria specified herein.
