• Pre-Contract Integrity Pact (Applicable for all tenders of the value above Rs.1 Crore) General This pre-bid pre-contract Agreement (hereinafter called the Integrity Pact) is made on __ day of the month of 202_. BY AND BETWEEN The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur represented through "The Registrar", having its office located at G.T.
